We know in these kind of events that, sadly, the death toll goes up historically, Houston police Chief Art Acevedo told The Associated Press. Im really worried about how many bodies were going to find. Harvey, which went from hurricane to tropical storm to massive rainstorm, is expected to continue to bring rain to the deluged area all the way through Friday. President Trump plans to visit the hard-hit areas for briefings today. This is the first time his administration has had to respond to a natural disaster. According to Business Insider, Niche reviewed 1,384 four-year colleges and universities and compiled its ranking by looking to student surveys about the quality of the campus food, and by comparing the average cost of meal plans. UCLA came out on top, followed by Virginia Tech, Washington University St. Louis, The Culinary Institute of America (well, we hope so) and Bowdoin College. Hungry yet?
